Where non-compliance or potential exploitation is identified, we will work with the supplier to implement corrective measures within defined timeframes. If adequate improvement is not achieved, we may suspend or terminate the business relationship.

Training and Awareness

Relevant staff, particularly those involved in procurement, recruitment, and contract management, receive training on recognising warning signs and responding to concerns. Concerns can be raised internally through line managers or nominated senior personnel, who are responsible for escalating and handling such matters appropriately.

We are committed to ensuring that individuals who raise concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation or detrimental treatment. All reports will be taken seriously, handled sensitively, and investigated where appropriate. Where issues are identified, we will take prompt remedial action and, where required, cooperate with relevant authorities.
